MAEMAR P.C. provides a wide range of services. We pride ourselves in not being limited to a single field of work but being able to apply our diverse experience and a methodical approach to any kind of a project.

The majority of our work is providing architectural and engineering services to corporate and private clients, as well as a number of general contractors. We provide in-house interior design and space planning, all structural scope  and MEP design and documents for most projects. We also partner with a group of proven outside consultants for civil engineering and MEP disciplines when the project warrants it.

We also offer site planning and development services to investors and developers, including initial cost analysis, ROI proforma, concept planning, and zoning presentations. We do property inspections for hotels, health care facilities and multi-family developments  with the intent to help owners and managers to respond governing body inspections and deficiency reports.

CERTIFICATIONS

Mehran Farahmandpour, the Principal Architect and President of Maemar PC, graduated from IIT School of Architecture with High Honors in 1983.

He has been a member of ALA (Association of Licensed Architects) and its predecessor; SARA (Society of American Registered Architects) since 1989.

Mehran is a Licensed or Registered Architect in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, and Florida, and holds a NCARB (National Council of Architecture Registration Boards) certificate, which allows for reciprocal licensing in most states.
